Recommended daily intake
Dissolve 400 mg (about the size of a pea) in warm water daily. Take for 50 days, then pause for 10 days.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Close the jar tightly after use and only take resin out with a dry spoon.
Consistency
A natural product, so the consistency varies with temperature: hard and brittle when cold, soft and sticky when warm. If the resin is hard, hold the closed jar in your hand for a few minutes. Do not heat above body temperature.
Taste
Intense: earthy, bitter and smoky with a mineral note. The resin is not flavoured.

What is Shilajit?

A resin from the heart of the Himalayas

Shilajit, also known as Mumijo, is a natural resin that forms over long periods in the rock crevices of the Himalayas. We deliver it in its original form as pure resin, not a powder and not a capsule.

It naturally contains fulvic acid and humic substances. Our current batch contains 69.8% fulvic acid of dry matter.
