The lab values for the current batch

Shilajit forms in rock formations at high altitude, and natural products from rock can carry heavy metals. That is why every batch goes to an accredited food laboratory in Germany before it is sold. Heavy metals, microbiology and the fulvic acid share are tested. The analysis for the current batch is dated 01.09.2025.

The regulation sets no general maximum level for arsenic in food supplements. We publish the measured value anyway, because otherwise there would be nowhere to look it up. What the individual limits mean, and how to read someone else's analysis, is covered under heavy metals in Shilajit.

On the microbiological side, salmonella, E. coli, yeasts and moulds were tested. Salmonella was not detectable, and E. coli as well as yeasts and moulds were below 10 CFU/g.

For our current batch, 69.8 percent fulvic acid in dry matter was measured, determined titrimetrically. That parameter was subcontracted by the laboratory and is not covered by the accreditation scope; heavy metals and microbiology are. Why that figure depends heavily on the method used, and why it can hardly be compared between sellers, is explained under fulvic acid.

All measured values, the batch number and the analysis date are in the batch datasheet. The laboratory we commission does not contractually allow its report or its name to be published, so we issue the values as our own datasheet instead of someone else's report.

What 20 g means in practice

Jar prices only become comparable once the fill quantity and the daily serving are on the table. For this jar the arithmetic looks like this:

On subscription the same jar is 22.49 EUR, which is about 0.45 EUR per day. You choose a delivery every 6 weeks or every 2 months and can cancel at any time. The same calculation works on any offer: jar price divided by the grams, then multiplied by the daily serving in grams.

Use and storage

Take a pea-sized amount of roughly 300 to 500 mg with the enclosed spoon and dissolve it in a cup of warm water, tea or milk. Once a day is what the product is designed for. Do not heat the resin above body temperature.

Close the jar firmly after use and keep it cool, dry and away from light. The resin is temperature sensitive: in the fridge it turns hard and brittle, and at hand warmth it becomes soft and pliable again. Why resin rather than capsules

Resin is the original format and the only one where you actually see the material. Solubility in warm water and the way it behaves in cold and in warmth can be judged without a laboratory; how to do that step by step is under spotting genuine Shilajit. With capsules the shell hides the material, and the ingredient list does not always reveal how much extract is really inside.

The trade-off is convenience: resin is dosed by eye, tastes intensely earthy and bitter, and sticks to the spoon. If a fixed portion suits you better, the comparison is in resin or capsules.

We ship from Germany, usually within 2 to 4 working days. Shipping is 4.99 EUR inside Germany and 9.99 EUR to the EU countries we deliver to; the country list and the payment methods are on the shipping page. On a subscription, shipping is charged per delivery.

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The cost of the return is yours, and the details are in the withdrawal policy. As a small business under section 19 of the German VAT Act, we do not show VAT.

Mandatory information

Shilajit resin is a food supplement. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. Keep out of the reach of small children. It is not a medicine, and there is no solid data on use during pregnancy, while breastfeeding or alongside medication, so medical advice is the right route in those cases.
